Complaints Procedure

We take every complaint seriously. If you are dissatisfied with a product or our service:

  1. Email us at info@kayastores.nl with a description of the issue and your order number.
  2. We will acknowledge your complaint within 2 business days.
  3. We aim to resolve complaints within 5 business days.
  4. If we cannot resolve the issue to your satisfaction, you may submit your complaint to the European Online Dispute Resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/odr.

Warranty Claims

All products sold by Kaya carry the statutory warranty under Dutch consumer law. If a product is defective within the warranty period, we will repair, replace, or refund it free of charge. Contact us with your order number, photos of the issue, and a description of the defect.
