Your Right to Return

Under EU consumer law and the Dutch Distance Selling Act (Wet Koop op Afstand), you have the right to return most products within 14 calendar days of receiving them, for any reason or no reason at all.

How to Return

  1. Notify us within 14 days of receiving your order by emailing info@kayastores.nl with your order number and the reason for return (optional).
  2. We will send you a return confirmation with instructions.
  3. Ship the product back within 14 days of notifying us, in its original condition and packaging where possible.

Return Conditions

  • Products must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
  • Sealed products that have been opened for hygiene reasons (e.g., cosmetics, personal care) cannot be returned.
  • Digital products, gift cards, and perishable goods are excluded from the right of withdrawal.
  • Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense, unless the product is defective or we sent the wrong item.

Refund

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund within 14 business days to the same payment method you used. If the product shows signs of use beyond what is necessary to assess its nature, we may deduct a proportional amount from the refund.

Defective or Wrong Products

If you received a defective or incorrect product, contact us immediately at info@kayastores.nl. We will arrange free return shipping and send a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the product and place a new order for the desired item.
